The Rising Sun Tribe was founded in 2006 by Reyna, Rick, and Persia.  They came together in the spirit of friendship and for the love of Bellydance.  Believing that this wonderful art form should be shared with everyone, they set the foundation for an organization that is open and inviting. 

 

Since then the Rising Sun Tribe has gone on to support their local Bellydance community as well as those beyond.  They have begun hosting workshops, bringing talented teachers to the local area, and they have even been featured performers on Mahsati Janan's Fabulous Fan-Veils instructional dvd.

Their eclectic and diverse approach to Bellydance has brought about several choreographies which are both unique and entertaining.  In looking toward the future they have only one plan, to take over the world with Bellydance!
