Bootcamp
Please come 5 minutes early to register, classes starts promtly.  Wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in.  Class is taught barefoot, in socks or wearing flexable shoes.  Don't forget to bring water.
 
Bellyfit / AfriBellyBang classes are designed to keep the steps and movements simple to follow. They have a unique break-down technique, so that even the complete beginner will have no problem learning to belly dance. Come and experience a truly unique workout class that will reshape your body and get you excited about exercising like never before!  No need to wait for the beginning of the month, drop in at any time
 
Bootcamp is drills drills and more drills.  Doesn't matter what level you are, this class will sharpen your skills. 
 
Bellydance Basics concentrate more on Technique, posture, strength training  and learning Rising Sun Tribe's Level 1 Combos.  The classes run in monthly sessions only, with sign-up the first Tuesday of each month. 
 
Intermediate Classes are open to any students that have learned the level 1 combos.  Students will learn the level 2 combos, formations and transitions.  Classes run in monthly sessions only, sign-up is the first Thursday of each month.
 
AfriBellyBang is a new fitness class.  It's an easy to learn blend of the dance styles from the heart, cradle, and mind of civilization!  From Africa, where mankind took the first steps toward greatness we give you energy!  With broad movements and a fast pace that urges the body to the edge of your endurance you will learn to push yourself to achieve!  And in India, a land full of the greatest philosopher’s and minds of the ancient world we bring you Bhangra the foundation of modern hip-hop!  A dance form that uses the body as a form of expression, literally talking without words you will learn to use muscles you never knew you had!  And from the Middle East we bring you Raks Sharqi, what we know in the western world as Bellydance!  This art form brings together literally hundreds of cultures from over a thousand years!  Come join the friends you haven’t had the chance to meet yet and put some sweat equity into your longer life as you learn the secrets of dance!
